Not many people can say that a face-to-face opportunity with Oprah made them realize their
dreams and goals. After being denied access in front of Harpo Studios in Chicago, Tiffani
Walkers tenacity and persistence caught the attention of show producers and gained entry into
the studio audience for the Oprah Winfrey Shows finale where Oprah asked Tiffani a question
that gave her the famous aha! moment: What can you do for me?
Born and raised in the Hill District (a section of Pittsburgh, PA popularized by August Wilsons
10-play Pittsburgh Cycle and the TV show, Hill Street Blues) Tiffani, her younger brother,
sisters and single mother managed to not let the drug infested and bullet riddled community
deter their outlook of a better life. Her mother instilled valuable morals and principles to her
children all while receiving an undergraduate and masters degree in nursing and left Tiffani with
immeasurable ideals and discipline that not even the worst neighborhood could take away. With
her mother as her role model for success, Tiffani discovered her own voice and decided to pass on
the message of Embrace Life.
Launched in March 2010, Tiffani Walker launched EmbraceLifeRadio.com after observing the
lack of positive roles models. With the defamation of women on TV, specifically reality shows,
Tiffani decided to give young people a positive platform with the opportunity to shine a bigger
light on the issues that affect them. EmbraceLifeRadio.com exemplifies being free and ambitious
to go after ones goals and embracing lifes journey even if tribulations transpire.
Since last years debut, Tiffani Walker has already graced the presence of bright inspirational
women including singer/songwriter, Mashonda, Grammy Award-Winning singer and Bravos
Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, Kandi, famed entrepreneurs Angela and Vanessa
Simmons and men, like coach and motivational speaker, Tony Gaskins Jr. Tiffani Walker speaks
her mind, is passionate about issues, and is not afraid to express her opinion while continuing to
encourage others to do the same.

Being raised in the hood was never easy. When I say most people don't make it out. I truly mean most people don't make it out. They're either killed or they just feel like there's no other option. And that's what needs to change, says 25 year old Tiffani Walker. She has a divine appointment and plans to use the entertainment industry as a platform to empower others. She hopes to turn her dreams into reality, which is to have her very own segment on Oprah Radio.
